Digifermes® is a network of experimental farms that defend the idea of a digital agriculture. Each farm is connected to a Research center, in order to evaluate new technologies in these structures. There are 13 Digifermes in France and one in the Pays de la Loire Region: La ferme de Derval.

Every farm has its specialty. The Derval one measures the interest of existing and future digital solutions applied in a dairy farm.

In that sense, several technologies have already been tested: A milking robot, a tool for real-time milk analysis, aerial imagery, automatic hoeingmachine…

This good practice has been highlighted during the Regions 4Food project.
