SouthOstrobothnia is involved in four thematic networks: Traceability & BigData, High Tech Farming, Consumer Involvement in Agrifood Innovation and SmartSensors for Agri-Food.
Regional Council of South Ostrobothnia and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) have agreed on a cooperative agreement, that SeAMK will represent the region in S3 Agrifood platform thematic networks. Aim is to strengthen and enlarge knowledge acquisition, and create opportunities to specialist in food and agricultural sector to raise their level of expertise. Regional Council and SeAMK meet on a regular basis to discusson topical issues. The aim is to widen the cooperation networks for relevant stakeholders by means of a newsletter or straight contact.
