The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development of Andalusia has signed an agreement with 34 representative entities of the public administration, knowledge centers, sectorial entities of the agrifood sector and technology and driving entities to establish the bases of cooperation among the promoter members of Andalusia Agrotech Digital Innovation Hub (DIH), a digital ecosystem to accelerate, accompany and channel the digital transformation of the agrifood sector in the Andalusian region.

Andalusia Agrotech Digital Innovation Hub is a collaborative space in which talent, business, technology, and ideas are connected.

At the moment, this DIH is working on its integration into the European network of digital innovation hubs (EDIH), an initiative of the European Commission focused on the creation of a DIH network to promote the digital transformation of the industry in the EU countries.

The Andalusian digital ecosystem will also boost the establishment of collaborations with other Spanish and European DIHs, contributing to strengthen the offer of services and technologies while promoting the internationalization of the capacities of the Andalusian innovation community.
