The Surveillance Unit is the new Partnership tool created with the objective of taking advantage of the different funding opportunities to develop new joint projects.

Though there are some common projects being developed which emerged from the inside of the Partnership, this Unit will help identify in a more organised way new possibilities of working together. For this, different regions participated in the first on-line meeting of this Unit held last 22 September. The main topic of the agenda was the correct way of working together in order to have good results. There were some proposals from very involved regions to be considered and build up a strong and effective Unit.

The involvement of regions is for sure the most important aspect for the good functioning of the Unit. This can lead it to be successful and achieve its purposes or to fail. For this, all regions are encouraged to actively participate.
